What to know about the Slate Edge

Chase automatically checks cardmembers for a credit line increase every 6 months or sooner, and Credit Journey offers personalized plans from Experian and score monitoring that does not affect the score ⁠1. Chase also lists a first-time DashPass activation with 6 months free, after which the membership continues at the monthly rate until cancelled ⁠1. While enrolled, DashPass members get up to $10 off quarterly on non-restaurant DoorDash orders through Dec 31, 2027 ⁠1.

Its Guide to Benefits covers auto rental coverage, extended warranty, purchase protection and roadside assistance ⁠3. Purchase protection runs 120 days from purchase (90 days in New York) up to $500 per item, and extended warranty lengthens U.S. manufacturer warranties of three years or less by one year, up to $10,000 per item ⁠1⁠3. Rental car cover reaches $60,000, acts as secondary in the U.S. unless the renter has no personal auto insurance, and is primary outside the U.S. ⁠3. Roadside dispatch charges its service fee to the card when help is sent ⁠1. Zero Liability Protection covers unauthorized charges made with the card or account information, but not use by an authorized user acting without the primary cardmember's approval ⁠1.
