Credit cards with airport lounge access
Lounge benefits give entry to airport lounge networks such as Priority Pass and to lounges run by the issuer or an airline, and the cards differ most in guest rules, enrollment and visit limits 12. Of the 45 cards we cover, 6 list lounge access: The Platinum Card from American Express, Chase Sapphire Reserve, Capital One Venture X, Citi Strata Elite, Bank of America Premium Rewards Elite and U.S. Bank Altitude Connect 134567.

Priority Pass and its guest rules
All six cards include a Priority Pass membership, but guests are treated differently. Amex requires enrollment and gives Platinum Card Members up to two complimentary guests at Priority Pass lounges that admit guests, with further guests charged the Priority Pass Standard guest fee; effective May 19, 2026, the terms say guest fees may be charged automatically to the card or paid at check-in 1. Chase allows the primary cardmember and each authorized user two guests, with $27 per additional guest per visit 3. Citi includes 2 guests per visit for the Strata Elite and charges $35 for each additional guest; the membership covers airport lounges only, not restaurants, cafes or markets 5.
Capital One's lounge terms, last updated July 8, 2026, give Venture X primary cardholders Priority Pass after enrollment but no complimentary Priority Pass guests: each guest pass costs $35 per visit 2. Bank of America enrolls up to four people in Priority Pass Select for the life of a Premium Rewards Elite account and its terms mention guests without stating a number limit 6. U.S. Bank gives one Altitude Connect cardholder per account 4 free visits per membership year, and each guest visit counts against those 4 7.
Issuer and airline lounges
U.S. Platinum Card Members get unlimited entry to The Centurion Lounge and Sidecar by The Centurion Lounge; guests cost $50 each ($30 for children 2 through 17) per location unless the account has spent $75,000 or more on eligible purchases in a calendar year, which unlocks up to 2 complimentary guests per visit 1. Delta Sky Club access is 10 Visits per eligible card each year on a same-day Delta-operated flight, unlimited after $75,000 in eligible purchases, with Basic Economy fares excluded 1. The terms state that Lufthansa lounge access ran through September 30, 2026 and ended effective October 1, 2026 1.
Venture X primary cardholders enter Capital One Lounges and Landings; after $75,000 in purchases in a calendar year they may bring 2 complimentary guests to Lounges and 1 to Landings, and otherwise guest passes cost $45 for guests 18 and older and $25 for those 17 and under 2. The Sapphire Reserve adds Chase Sapphire Lounges by The Club with up to two complimentary guests and select Air Canada lounges with 1 guest on a Star Alliance departure 3. The Strata Elite's primary cardmember receives four Admirals Club passes each calendar year, one per adult entering, and unused passes are forfeited at year end 5.
Rules that limit access
Additional cardholders on a Venture X account have no complimentary lounge access unless the account pays a $125 annual lounge access fee for each of them 42. Companion Platinum Cards are not eligible for Amex's Priority Pass or Centurion benefits 1. Capital One says access is subject to space availability, and Citi says a lounge may refuse entry because of capacity 25. The Altitude Connect also includes SmartDelay, which gives lounge access when a registered flight is delayed more than 2 hours 8.
